This is a quality made Architectural Cast Iron Coat hook fashioned in the Victorian style for hats and coats finished and aged antique Iron which is rusted for authenticity. It has lovely lined features with each of the arms tipped with a half a pumpkin along with similar lines on the shaped rectangular backing plate with four countersunk holes for your screws. The colour is Antique Iron / Gun Metal Grey with aged rust elements

Antique look wood screws are provided, but check with your builder is suitable for your purposes.
