Shipping and Returns

To ensure that you have the most cost effective shipping/delivery service and price we calculate the cost of delivering your order at the end of your shopping based on the total weight of all your items, whether you buy 1 or 20 hooks. We have found this to be the fairest method to suit our customers.

Postage Costs and Courier Providers
The vast majority of hooks and racks are sent using the myHermes Service which includes tracking. Prices start at £2.95 for small parcels up to 2 kilos. Delivery to your door can take between 3 and 5 days, occasionally even faster. Some hearts and flatter hooks may be send via Royal Mail large letter. For very large items we will use Parcel Force


We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and it may not be possible to ship them to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey & Sark 
Most items we can post to you with possibly the exception of particularly large, long or heavy pieces as they fall outside the reasonable cost remit of Royal Mail. However never say never! If you are not sure and would like clarification, please drop us an email or complete the contact form below. If you would really like something  in particular we can obtain a quote and will get the very best price for you.

International orders (shipped outside England) normally require 5 -15 days for delivery if sent by Air, longer if by Sea Freight. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status.

We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping to destinations outside the UK might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment. 

International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses
We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for international delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undelivered due to an international PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.

International Shipping Costs
International shipping charges vary by the products ordered, weight and the shipping destination. Please email for a quote of the items that you require to be shipped and the quantities. We shall respond to your enquiry within 2 days.

International Returns
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on international orders. Please be absolutely sure before ordering. If you require further information or photographs please ask prior to ordering.

You may return any of your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
