How much will my delivery cost?
This depends on the weight of your parcel.  Prices start at £2.95 for a 1 kilo small parcel, and Hanging hearts start at Just £1

Where is my order?
Most Parcels are sent via the myHermes Courier service for which you should have received an email from MyHermes with your tracking details. Please go to the MyHermes Website. Any further questions regarding this please email or use the contact form

How long does delivery take?
Usually 3 - 5 working days within the UK for parcels up to 5 kilos. Please note that the Channel Islands post can take longer. If you have a larger parcel we may use Parcel Force in which case delivery will be next Working day. Christmas and Bank Holidays will take a little longer.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship internationally ...to Ireland, the rest of Europe, and Australia and have incorporated shipping fees to other world destinations. There may be instances where we email you if your country is not listed and your shipping charge has been quoted at the UK price, in which case we may need to charge additional fees.

Which Payment Options do your accept?
PayPal and all major Credit Cards.
We do not accept American Express though. These options are given at checkout.

Why has my payment failed?
Please ensure that you enter the correct information when paying for your purchase a simple spelling mistake can make the difference of a successful purchase:

Do you provide Screws and wall fixings?
We do not provide these unless otherwise stated in the product description. The reason for this is that there are so many different surfaces that the hooks are fixed to which require different types of wall fixings. Most Hooks in the Cast Iron range come with aged wood screws

How do I hang my hook/coat rack?
You will need a tape measure, screwdriver, nail, spirit level, drill and drill bit, cross-head screws, rawl plug.
There are two basic types of fixings on our racks - invisible or hangers but in both instances you will need screws and possibly a rawl plug(if fixing into concrete,brick,plasterboard).  

For invisible fixing measure the distance between the two holes on the back with your tape measure and then measure the points on the wall with the nail and hammer  so as to make a preparatory hole. If mounting to wood simply drive in the screws and mount the rack. If mounting onto  brick etc drill a hole, insert the rawl plug and then drive in the screw.

Please note that if you will be hanging heavy coats you will need to use longer screws and rawl plugs.

How can I return my purchase?
If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately, products sell fast and we would hate not to be able to send a replacement. If you have changed your mind please also contact us within 14 days. Refunds and Returns will not be accepted after this time.

We do not share your information with any third parties and comply with the regulations set out by the Data Protection Act 1998. 

Why do you show items that are out of stock?
Just in case that they are coming in shortly and that they may be available to you in the near future. If the item you see is out of stock please contact us via the contact form, email or phone.

We have quite a large sellection from our collection at The Malt House Emporium, Top Floor, Unit 2 Northway Trading Estate, Northway Lane, Ashchurch GL20 8JP. Open Daily - Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm. Sat 10am to 5pm and Sun and Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm
