As you will know the vast majority of our deliveries are fulfilled by myhermes. I have just been running some checks and have noticed that parcels delivered to the Parcel Shop on the 2nd and 3rd Jan were only sorted at the main hub on Sunday. This could be due to the huge volume of back log in their systems/warehouses over the Christmas period. I will of course keep an eye out but, as you will appreciate, we dispatch lots of hooks and racks so if your rack or hook is delayed beyond Wednesday 10th please would you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall chase your parcel for you.
